A strictly monitored production process
The paper design has evolved into a tangible, cleverly designed and exhaustively tested prototype. This wiring harness can now be grown. But again, quality is leading. The first grown wiring harness must be the exact same as the last.
Wire harness production
Based on the design and prototype, the desired materials are procured. All supplies are minutely mapped out: cable lengths, wire colors, wire thicknesses and connectors. Also consider the selection of other components to support the cable routing: bracketry and the associated cutting and setting or milling parts required.
Once all the supplies are in place, a team of dedicated and well-trained people get to work at our centrally located location in the Netherlands.
StekkerSnel has a flexible machine park which makes series production from 10 pieces possible. Larger series are also no problem. All series, large or small, leave our premises with tested quality. After all, the production lines are surrounded by (secured and traceable) control mechanisms.

After production, of course, follows delivery. Here the service of StekkerSnel does not stop. Depending on the way the customer processes the product, it can be delivered in custom made boxes, special containers or even letterbox packages. Also the timing of delivery is flexible: all at once or weekly/monthly deliveries.
